In September of 1995, E. Frank Hopkins Co., Inc. was granted HACCP certification under the United States Department of Commerce. We were one of the first companies in this country to operate under HACCP guidelines. Since certification we continue to work closely with the United States F.D.A. to continually improve both the quality and wholesomeness of all seafood products sold to consumers.
